Orange Park is a short run from our base and we are over there most weeks. A lot of the housing has mature tree cover, which means shaded driveways and north-facing walls that stay damp, and those are the two places algae takes hold first. If your concrete has gone green in patches rather than evenly, that is shade doing it, and it cleans up completely.
