Most of St. Johns is newer construction, which people assume means it does not need cleaning yet. It does. A five-year-old driveway in Florida is usually the first thing to go, and light-coloured concrete shows algae far more obviously than older weathered slabs. Newer vinyl fences are the other common one: they go from white to green in three or four years, and they clean up like new.
